The home is nestled back away from the street, providing a private and serene escape, with a porch on both the front an back to enjoy your morning coffee and a good book! A little more about the space: Living Room- Unwind in the inviting living room, complete with a comfortable couch and a smart TV for streaming your favorite shows and movies. It's the perfect spot to relax after a full day. Kitchen- The tidy kitchen is well-equipped with granite countertops, a full-size oven, microwave, and all the cooking essentials you need. The fridge is 7.5 cu ft, efficient for your stay. Whether you're preparing a quick meal or enjoying a leisurely dinner, this space is designed for convenience. The countertop provides a dining space with barstools for enjoying your meals. Bedroom- Sleep peacefully in the bedroom featuring a cozy double bed with a highly-rated mattress. Blackout curtains ensure a restful night's sleep, and the intimate size of the room creates a warm and comfortable atmosphere. Bathroom- The bathroom is newly updated with modern essentials. The best part is the updated full-size, fully tiled walk-in shower. We provide starter toiletries and paper goods as well. Laundry- With a full-size washer and dryer included, you have the convenience of home right at your fingertips. Neighborhood- This home is in the desirable Delano neighborhood. A few blocks away you will find the Delano District with popular restaurants and bars. Try the Monarch patio on a sunny afternoon or Milkfloat for a delectable sweet treat! You may occasionally hear a train, as a track sits within the area. Every inch of the space is thoughtfully utilized to create a functional and comfortable space, ensuring your stay is enjoyable and hassle-free.
